This pic really shows how tall Kodo is getting..

And a deer-antler update- he managed to gnaw it in half already. In less than a week. Truly impressive jaw strength!! It is his new favorite- he has been working on it almost constantly. He even prefers it to his real bones.

New friends

We took Kodo to the Grateful Dog bakery up the road today. Ended up getting him a (naturally shed) deer antler as a new chew toy- the folks there said that it is very durable for tough chewers and doesn't splinter like some of the real bones do. He really seems to like it so far!

When we got home, I let him out in the backyard, and he spotted something new in the field behind our property- a large flock of turkeys walking around. He spent a long time staring at them, but for some reason they didn't want to come play with him:
